Attention Archers!

The Annual Pumpkin 3D Shoot is a go on Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18, 2020 at the Nanaimo Fish & Game Club. Changes have been implemented to this years Pumpkin 3D Shoot due to COVID-19 Regulations. Please read all instructions and follow them accordingly.

Open to current Nanaimo Fish & Game Members Only. Each round (day) limited to 35 Archers.

Registrations Fee: $20.00 per Archer per day. We ask registrants to bring the exact amount to pay at the morning check-in. Change will NOT be given out in helping to reduce unnecessary contact with money for COVID Regulations.

PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Preregister by emailing Corinne at cchrunik18@gmail.com by Wednesday, October 14, 2020. Include your full name, Membership Number, phone number, and your first choice for which round, Saturday or Sunday. If the 35 spots do not fill, Archers will be given the opportunity to register, and pay, for the second round as well.

Check-in opens at 8:00 a.m. in the new Archery building. Archers Meeting 9:00 a.m., with Archers at their starting point on the course for a 9:30 a.m. start.

Archers are required to bring their own snacks, lunch, and beverages as the food booth is closed at this time.

NOTE: Participating Archers Only – Unfortunately spectators, fans, and family members ARE NOT PERMITTED on the 3D Course, nor the NFG property, during the event. COVID-19 Regulations limits the number of people allowed on The Club’s property at any one time.

Volunteers are needed to set up the 3D animals on the course the day before the event, Friday, October 16, 2020. Please email Larry at larrymcfarlane53@gmail.com, or Ross at wrossbowen@shaw.ca to volunteer.
