The Junior Program main objective is to promote firearm safety and allow youths to access the shooting sports in a safe environment where they can improve and train to become the next generation of shooters and carry on the traditions of our sport. W ether your are experienced or never shot before, the program will allow you to try different types of firearms, improve your techniques and make you a better, safer shooter. Spectators are welcome to observe as well.

A firearm safety course is held from 11am to 11:30am upstairs in the clubhouse and is mandatory for new participants. Returning shooters can attend the course at 11am or meet at 11:30am at the pistol range #3 where shooting will take place until 2pm.

Everyone must sign up with the range officer on arrival and non-member must purchase a $20 day pass (one per family). Everything needed will be provided, including rifle, target, ammunition, eye and ear protection, however you are encouraged to bring your own eye and ear protection if you feel more comfortable with it. It is preferable to wear contact lenses rather than glasses if you do not have a pair of prescription safety glasses or can’t see properly without, as safety glasses do not always fit over prescription glasses. Everyone on the range must wear eye and ear protection. Please bring a lunch and dress accordingly for the outdoor range. Maximum age for shooter is 15. Anyone under 16 can shoot. Parents must be with their child at all times. If you have a PAL please bring it with you.

You are encouraged to check in prior to the sessions at and to contact if you have any questions.
