Membership Meeting Schedule: Due to very low attendance, starting in September 2024 and until further notice, Membership Meetings will no longer be held on a regular basis (previously held on the 4th Tuesday of every month, except January, June, July, August, and December). Membership Meetings may still be held periodically if a relevant guest speaker can be scheduled and/or sufficient activities proposed or undertaken by the Club warrant such a meeting. Members are also reminded that they are welcome to attend monthly Executive Meetings if they wish to pose questions to the Executive, or just keep up to date on Club activities. Executive meetings are held in the Trap House starting at 7:00 pm on the first Monday of most months. Visit this website’s “Events” page to confirm if an Executive meeting will be held on a particular date you may wish to attend.
Downloadable Application Form: You may download, print, and complete the form, then mail it in with your payment. We can only accept cheques or money orders.
Note for Applicants: Ensure that the form is complete and accurate before mailing and that proper payment is enclosed to prevent processing delays.
Location for In-person Assistance: See the Caretaker at the Fish and Game Club on Nanaimo Lakes Rd (3 km West of Wakesiah) from Saturdays to Wednesdays. Alternatively, visit the Range Officers on Thursdays or Fridays.
