Membership Renewal Update

We recently experienced an issue with our payment provider that affected automatic renewals made through our website.
As a result, all subscriptions and auto-renewals created before October 2, 2025 were disabled, which caused difficulties for members attempting to renew.

Our IT team has corrected the issue, and we want to assure members that no personal information was compromised.

To renew your membership online and re-enable auto billing, please wait until 11:59 p.m. (almost midnight) on October 6 to complete your renewal.

If you prefer not to wait until your membership expires, you may renew in person at the Range Office as usual.

Please note:

  • Online memberships take 12–24 hours to process.

  • Memberships completed at the Range Office are processed weekly.

  • Membership cards are available online through your member information page. If you’d like a printed card, please note this on your membership form or email membership@nanaimofishandgameclub.com
